As a young mom of preschoolers, how do you deepen your walk with God when you can’t find a minute to spare for theological discussions, riveting Bible study groups, or even a great Christian podcast? I have one solution that helped change my life. You experience Him by finding God in your everyday life.
Finding God in Everyday Life
If you can attend a Bible study group, by all means go! And if you have access to Christian friends who love to share biblical truth, praise God for them and invite them over for coffee and a playdate!
But whether you have those blessings in your life or not, don’t neglect finding God in your daily life.
As a young mom of preschoolers, my life was busy and unpredictable. So, I opened my Bible when I could, memorized scriptures when my mind wasn’t too foggy to concentrate, prayed, and thought about God constantly. That’s what helped me grow spiritually.
Long days with preschoolers may be busy, long, fun, or overwhelming. But they’re also filled with opportunities to see God in your everyday life.
That’s why I want you to check out my blog post How To See God In Your Everyday Life over at my friend Laura’s website Cheered On Mom.
